Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities organization at a campus or set of buildings. You will implement policies, programs, and services to deliver well-managed environments that meet tenants' needs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, financials, vendors, and staffing, plus driving preventive maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in facilities or property management.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with CMMS, work order systems, and building management systems.
• CFM, FMA, LEED O&M, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring best-in-class services across maintenance and safety.
• Oversee vendor relationships, bids, POs, scheduling, and on-site supervision.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with client expectations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership to a cohesive technical and administrative team.
