Cushman & Wakefield in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to lead the facilities organization at a campus portfolio.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets, vendor contracts, and safety programs to ensure well-maintained properties and tenant satisfaction. The role requires 8–10 years of facility management experience, including at least 3 years at the Facilities Manager level, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at the level of Facilities Manager.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.
• Experience with human resource and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities across campus.
• Manage service contracts and ensure contract pricing compliance.
• Lead the facility management team and supervise maintenance programs.
• Ensure responsive tenant and client service.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Coordinate capital budgets and five-year maintenance plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety/quality programs.
