Integrated HomeCare Services (IHCS) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment across the organization, focusing on management-level roles. You will lead high-impact hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, including 3+ years in healthcare.
• Experience managing hiring events, job fairs, and targeted outreach initiatives.
• Knowledge of AHCA, DBPR, and other healthcare regulations.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume and high-complexity requisition load.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Customer-service centered and collaborative mindset.
