Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a collaborative professional to support senior leadership by coordinating strategic initiatives and ensuring organizational objectives are met. The role requires developing lead material, tracking metrics, and serving as a liaison between IT and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing initiatives, producing leadership communications, and creating dashboards to support decision-making. Travel to engage with leaders and teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 6 years of business, training, or project management experience.
• Experience in developing training materials.
• Experience facilitating groups and delivering presentations.
• Experience writing process requirements, testing and life cycle through implementation.
• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel includes overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing operational initiatives, maintaining project plans, issue logs, and status reports
• Preparing leadership communications and meeting materials
• Tracking and trending key business metrics, developing reports and dashboards, supporting business decision-making, and serving as a liaison between Information Technology and internal and external stakeholders
