Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Lead Talent Consultant to design, develop, implement and support talent management initiatives across the enterprise. The role focuses on leadership development, succession planning, performance management and career development, with emphasis on analytics and program effectiveness.

You will lead high-impact talent projects, collaborate with executives and HR partners, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while driving adoption across

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or I/O Psychology.
• 7 years of experience in corporate talent and leadership development.
• Experience designing and implementing HR processes such as succession planning and performance management, employee development, and career planning.
• Experience with leadership assessments (e.g. Hogan and 360s).
• Experience interacting and consulting at the executive level.
• Experience leading a team, project, and/or programs at an enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and support Talent management processes and programs (leadership development, succession planning, performance management, retention, career development, competency assessments).
• Lead the implementation of complex and high-profile talent projects while managing internal stakeholder relationships.
• Partner with HR and organizational divisions to facilitate execution of HR programs.
• Prepare proposals and communications for senior leadership.
