Job summary

AXA Partners US is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the CEO and Executive Committee, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment.

You will coordinate ExCom agendas, prepare briefings, manage the operating rhythm, and drive critical initiatives with discretion and professionalism. The role requires 1–5+ years supporting senior leaders and PMO-like capabilities. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Services, or related field.
• 1 to 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proactive time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate ExCom meeting agendas and priorities.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and decision materials.
• Track progress on strategic initiatives and flag risks or delays.
• Manage the CEO and ExCom operating rhythm, scheduling, governance meetings, and review cycles.
• Support high-priority projects with logistical and administrative support.
• Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and correspondence.
• Serve as a liaison across teams, providing regular updates and clear communication.
• Capture and document decisions to ensure alignment and accountability.
