Intuit, Inc. seeks an Executive Administrative Business Partner 2 to support the VP of Finance, Mid-Market & US Sales, and senior finance leaders. This is a strategic, highly trusted partnership role requiring independent judgment and strong communication.

The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days onsite in Mountain View, offering exposure to senior leadership and a broad cross-functional finance team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting VP-level or senior staff.
• Ability to manage highly sensitive information with integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and access management for multiple leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support three leaders by balancing competing needs without dropping any commitments.
• Learn leaders' thinking to act with independent judgment.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Coordinate complex executive calendars and orchestrate alignment across teams.
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel; manage costs and efficiency.
• Exercise sound judgment on expenses and prioritization of requests.
• Provide coverage for EABP peers and share templates and best practices.
• Maintain discretion with confidential financial and business data.
