Intuit is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP 2) to support a VP of Marketing and 1–2 Director-level leaders. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, and maintaining confidentiality while partnering across the organization to drive outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years in executive administration, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Executive administrative roles, preferably supporting C-Level executives.
• Discretion and handling confidential information with integrity.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and teamwork abilities.
• Self-starter, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and detailed calendars for VP of Marketing and Directors.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Collaborate with other EABPs and business partners to deliver outcomes.
• Plan and support meetings, off-sites, and team motivation.
