Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years at the executive administrative level, preferably supporting SVP+.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Suite with strong calendar and presentation skills.
• Excellent judgment, integrity, and ability to handle highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Complex calendar management for senior leaders, balancing priorities and agendas.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
• Confidential document management and trusted advisor duties.
• Serve as department liaison and central information hub across teams.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive operating mechanisms, weekly huddles and monthly syncs.
• Own decisions with accountability and promote urgency within the team.
• Advise on policies, create scalable templates for operations.
• Champion GenAI and collaboration tools to improve efficiency.
• Prepare professional reports and pitch decks; manage expenses.
