Intuit in Mountain View seeks an Executive Assistant Business Partner 2 to support the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis and 1–2 director leaders. This role goes beyond routine tasks, serving as a strategic partner who connects dots across a matrixed organization and influences outcomes.

Qualifications

• Eight years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting VP-level staff.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity.
• Self-starter who prioritizes ruthlessly and moves quickly between tasks.
• Anticipatory planning and proactive problem solving.
• Adaptable to change and able to pivot when needed.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience.
• Advanced Outlook calendar management is critical.
• Ability to format high-level presentations and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to VP of FP&A and 1–2 director-level leaders.
• Communicate confidently with executives, customers, and stakeholders.
• Manage complex executive calendars and orchestrate alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to negotiate and implement solutions.
• Navigate organizational bottlenecks with creative alternatives.
• Foster culture, inclusivity, and high team morale.
• Drive weekly huddles and monthly syncs for cross-organizational alignment.
• Maintain understanding of vision, strategy, priorities, and products.
• Take ownership of decisions and promote accountability.
• Maintain discretion and integrity when handling confidential data.
• Advise on policies and create scalable templates to improve operations.
• Adopt GenAI and other tech tools to maximize efficiency.
