You will direct capture management, develop business plans, and maintain relationships with key government customers. The role requires deep experience in defense markets, strong briefing skills, and the ability to interact with senior USG officials.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience, or 10 years with graduate degree; or 16 years without degree.
• Existing DoD Top Secret clearance with current 5-year update; ability to obtain TS and SCI clearances as required.
• Experience with budget management and strategic plans in a defense context.

Aufgaben

• Lead BD activities within the Electronic Warfare Division and Advanced EW Business Area.
• Direct capture gating processes, chair gate conferences for executives.
• Develop capture plans and win strategies for new markets and customers.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key customers and acquisition officials.
• Travel approximately 30% and manage CRM for cross-segment pursuits.
