Job summary

You will manage capture, develop strategies, and build relationships with key customers and partners across domestic and international arenas. You will chair gate conferences, drive market assessments, and develop 1-, 3-, and 5-year business plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; experience in business development or capture in defense/aerospace preferred.
• Active US Secret clearance is required; additional clearances such as TS/SCI may be preferred.
• Experience leading multi-year business plans, market assessments, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD activities within the Agile Development Group for Launched Effects in Missile Solutions.
• Direct capture management, gate processes, and development of 1-, 3-, and 5-year plans.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with decision-makers and acquisition officials.
