Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Business Development - ADG to drive opportunities in the Seekers Business Area of the Missile Solutions Segment. You will lead customer interactions, strategy development, capture planning, and program pursuit across domestic and international markets.

The role requires strong briefing, relationship management, and the ability to travel up to 25%. A U.S. security clearance is preferred; Bachelor’s degree with many years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 9 years of relevant experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Active US Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD activities within the Agile Development Group to support Seekers Business Area.
• Develop and refine business cases and capture plans; chair gate conferences for leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners to enable market expansion.
• Deliver written and oral briefings to customers and senior executives; support CRM efforts.
