L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, BD to drive business development for the Agile Development Group.

You will lead BD activities, manage capture, develop strategic plans, and maintain relationships with key customers and partners across domestic and international markets. The role requires active US Secret Clearance, 9+ years of related experience (or 7+ with a graduate degree) and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years' related experience; or graduate degree with 7+ years.
• Active US Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with DoD acquisition, budget management, and CONOPS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine and update business cases for opportunities.
• Chair gate conferences and manage capture gating for executive leadership.
• Develop products and services capture plans and lead capture activities.
• Develop, maintain and leverage relationships with customers, decision makers and officials.
• Lead strategies to generate new customers, domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new customers and industry partners for capability insertion.
• Develop competitive intelligence to inform BD and capture efforts.
• Prepare and deliver briefs to customers and senior executives.
• Support Internal R&D alignment with business goals.
• Manage CRM database for cross-segment pursuits and pipeline growth.
• Develop strategic plans to advance business area objectives and revenue.
• Provide warfighter perspective and briefings from OA and Modeling & Simulation.
• Lead CONOPS development and briefings for programs.
• Evaluate new technologies and stay current on industry trends.
• Travel up to 25%.
