Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
- 8+ years of experience engaging with senior executives at relevant government agencies
- Experience with NOAA, NASA HQ and Goddard Spaceflight Center customers in Weather/Environmental/Earth Science markets
Responsibilities
- Lead Spectral Solutions initiatives with new business growth areas
- Serve as liaison to segment growth initiatives representing Spectral Solutions interests
- Develop identified segment campaigns for opportunity generation
- Assist capture teams with competitive assessments and win strategy development
- Represent L3Harris at customer meetings and industry conferences
