Job summary

You will process RFPs, coordinate site tours, and ensure contracts, BEOs, and paperwork are accurate and up-to-date, while identifying upsell opportunities. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with guests, Sales Team and Management.
• Excellent organization and verbal skills.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Go above & beyond to ensure special events guests' needs are met and contracts updated.
• Take RFPs and calls for social events, converting them to closed won business.
• Conduct site tours as needed.
• Distribute paperwork for pop up parties and ensure staffing.
• Provide admin support to Sales including follow up on calls/emails/tasks after sale is closed won.
• Follow up on ARs, collect payment information, and close out balances.
• Submit check requests/invoices as needed.
• Ensure Operations has the most up-to-date BEO for each event.
• Offer upsell opportunities after sale is closed won.
