Responsibilities

• Go above & beyond to meet the needs of each Special Events Guest and update contracts accordingly
• Take RFPs and calls for social events and convert them to won business
• Conduct site tours as needed
• Distribute paperwork for pop-up parties and ensure staffing with the management team
• Follow up on ARs, collect payment information, and close balances
• Submit check requests/invoices as needed
• Maintain up-to-date BEOs for each event
• Identify upsell opportunities after sale is closed won
