Omnissa, a leader in end-user computing solutions, seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive outcomes for Fortune 500 customers and government agencies. You will own customer success plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate for best practices across Workspace ONE and Horizon.

You will guide adoption of our EUC stack, including UEM, Access, and Intelligence, while delivering measurable value and leading strategic conversations with executives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Experience with EUC platforms and VMware EUC legacy product line.
• Experience with ITSM and productivity ecosystems (ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

Responsabilidades

• Maximize value of a customer's investment and drive retention.
• Develop and manage Customer Success Plans for your customers.
• Guide customers through adoption milestones across the Omnissa stack — UEM enrollment and modern management rollouts, Horizon pod/cloud deployments, Access identity integrations, and Intelligence dashboard and automation adoption.
• Collaborate with the support, engineering, sales, and architect teams to ensure customers are healthy and issues are addressed.
• Build strategic relationships with customer decision makers and key stakeholders.
• Foresee risk and implement mitigation strategies to ensure customer health.
• Deliver business and technical presentations to executives.
• Travel up to 20%.
