Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead outcomes for Enterprise EUC customers. You will build and manage Success Plans, drive adoption of Workspace ONE UEM, Access, Horizon, and Intelligence, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer health and growth.

Remote position near Dallas, Texas, with travel up to 20%. A Bachelor's degree and strong customer-success mindset are required; compensation includes a generous OTE and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience with EUC platforms (Workspace ONE UEM, Access, Horizon, Intelligence).
• Strong customer success and account management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work remotely as required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer value, drive retention and adoption across Workspace ONE and Horizon.
• Develop and manage Customer Success Plans for your customers.
• Guide customers through adoption milestones across the Omnissa stack (UEM, Horizon, Access, Intelligence).
• Collaborate with support, engineering, sales and architect teams to ensure customers are healthy.
• Build strategic relationships with customer decision makers and key stakeholders.
• Foresee risk and implement mitigation strategies to ensure customer health.
• Present business and technical value to executive level audiences.
• Travel up to 20%.
