Omnissa is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with Fortune 500 and government customers, driving successful adoption of the EUC platform including Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, Horizon, and Intelligence. The role emphasizes strategic account management, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable outcomes in a high-growth, remote-friendly environment.
Location: Remote – United States, with preferred proximity to Dallas, Texas.
Formación
- Working knowledge of the Omnissa EUC portfolio or VMware EUC product line.
- Understanding of modern management vs. legacy PC lifecycle management, BYOD and device strategies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Intune coexistence, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, PKI, and directory/identity platforms.
Responsabilidades
- Maximize customer value and drive adoption and retention.
- Develop and manage Customer Success Plans for customers.
- Guide customers through adoption milestones across the Omnissa stack (UEM, Horizon, Access, Intelligence).
- Collaborate with support, engineering, sales, and architects to ensure health and timely issue resolution.
- Build strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
