Descripción de la vacante
Omnissa is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with Fortune 500 and government customers, driving adoption of EUC solutions including Workspace ONE UEM, Horizon, and Access. You will build adoption plans, manage customer health, and guide strategic initiatives for multi-product deployments.
Location: Remote (Dallas area preferred). The role offers commission and a strong OTE, with health, 401k, and growth opportunities.
Formación
- Experience with VMware EUC product line or similar legacy EUC stack.
- Understanding of modern vs legacy PC lifecycle management and Zero Trust concepts.
- Familiarity with adjacent enterprise ecosystems (M365/Intune, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise).
Responsabilidades
- Maximize value and adoption of Omnissa solutions across customer accounts.
- Develop and manage Customer Success Plans aligned to desired business outcomes.
- Guide customers through adoption milestones of UEM enrollment, Horizon deployments, and Access integrations.
- Collaborate with support, engineering, sales, and architects to maintain customer health.
- Build strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders and drive renewal opportunities.
