Job summary
Allegion is seeking an experienced ERP and back-office systems leader to partner with Americas stakeholders, owning sustaining and support strategies across core ERP modules and integrations. You will drive incident/problem/change processes, mentor teams, and help reduce operational risk while aligning with AI and security policies.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting core back-office systems and ERP platforms.
- Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms (Microsoft D365 F&O, Dynamics AX, Oracle) and integration technologies (APIs, EDI).
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement processes in ERP configurations.
Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into actionable ERP plans and support roadmaps.
- Lead and govern ERP sustaining initiatives and patches with clear SLAs and success criteria.
- Serve as a technical consultant for incident, problem, and change management across back-office systems.
- Identify inefficiencies, technical debt, and remediation approaches with stakeholders.
