Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's in Business Admin, HR or related field.
• 4 years of employee relations, HR Generalist, or HRBP experience.
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, SPHR or other HR certification within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal investigator for formal investigations and compliance cases.
• Assist with projects, training and education as needed.
• Conduct investigations including grievances, ADRs, compliance, and exit surveys.
• Prepare executive summary reports with recommendations for resolution.
• Consult with Legal, Executives, and HR to assess organizational risk.
• Develop solutions for systemic issues and debrief with leaders.
