Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or related HR function.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations team.
• Provide consultation on complex or escalated employee relations matters.
• Oversee case management and investigations, ensuring timely and compliant resolutions.
• Support leaders in addressing workplace issues and implementing policy guidance.
