Texas Health Resources, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Employee Relations Specialist to join our hybrid team. The role will work remotely and at 612 E.

Lamar, Arlington, Texas 76011, with occasional transfers to healthcare facilities across the metroplex. The incumbent will investigate formal and compliance cases, support HR projects, and guide employees and managers on policy and risk mitigation. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of ER/HR experience are required; healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field required.
• 4 years relevant work experience in employee relations, HR Generalist or a HR Business Partner role required.
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR or other HR certification within 2 years required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal investigator for formal and compliance investigations with timely, neutral handling.
• Assist with projects, training, and education as needed.
• Maintain ER mailbox and provide guidance for all levels of the organization.
• Manage cases from receipt to closure with proper policy interpretation.
• Interact with legal and HR leadership to assess risk and mitigate concerns.
• Build productive relationships with stakeholders and employees to facilitate resolution.
