Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Employee Relations experience; experience in an Education environment a plus.
• Demonstrates self-motivation and high energy.
• Knowledge of State and Federal Labor and Employment Laws.

Responsibilities

• Conducts moderate to complex employee relations investigations.
• Creates and provides written investigative reports.
• Provides consultation and guidance to resolve employee relations issues.
