Job summary

EnviroPhase is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our Texas presence from our Dallas office. You’ll identify and close new opportunities while fortifying relationships with existing clients.

You will leverage your outside sales experience to build a robust pipeline, collaborate with our delivery team to propose environmental services, and contribute to growth with strategic market insights and proactive networking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or business development experience in environmental consulting or related technical field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with project-based sales.
• Strong hunter mentality with excellent relationship-building and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold outreach, email campaigns, and consultative selling of environmental services.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline by researching target accounts, attending industry events, and participating in regional networking groups.
• Deliver tailored solutions by understanding client needs and coordinating with delivery teams to propose value-driven services.
• Monitor industry trends and develop new service offerings addressing client challenges.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through clear communication and deep knowledge of capabilities.
