Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on expanding our North American presence by delivering tailored environmental services and solutions that drive client value and regulatory compliance.

You will master all service lines, prospect strategically, and build long-term relationships with major clients in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies.
• 5–7+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in environmental services.
• Experience with the Consultative Sales methodology.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance or ability to become a subject matter expert.
• Self-starter with urgency and accountability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the WOW to Triumvirate’s internal and external customers.
• Master and sell all service lines with internal technical and operations teams.
• Conduct strategic prospecting including referrals and event networking.
• Cold call new prospects matching target profile.
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments to offer strategic advice.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Higher Education, and Healthcare.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and track progress.
• Maintain high sales activity in an assigned region.
• Regional travel required 40% of the time; overnights may be required.
