Job description

Founded in 2005, EnviroPhase is a trusted, boutique environmental consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. We specialize in environmental due diligence, site investigation, corrective action, and building sciences for commercial real estate, banking, industrial, and government clients. At EnviroPhase, we combine technical excellence with a practical, solutions-oriented approach. We pride ourselves on an autonomous, collaborative work culture where your individual contributions directly drive project success and firm growth.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, self-starting Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of environmental site assessments (Phase I & II ESAs), asbestos consulting, underground storage tank (UST) closures, and TCEQ regulatory projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to our commercial real estate clients, guiding them seamlessly from initial proposal through to regulatory closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, project budgets, and timelines efficiently.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Author high-quality Phase I ESA reports utilizing the Lightbox PARCEL platform, as well as Phase II site investigations and Corrective Action Plans.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Interpret complex environmental data and compile technical submittals aligned with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) standards.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare scoping proposals, work plans, and accurate cost estimates for soil, groundwater, and UST assessments.
  • Field Execution & Oversight: Coordinate field logistics, oversee specialized subcontractors (drilling, UST removal crews), and perform targeted environmental media sampling as required.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geology, Environmental Science, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, with a strong foundation in commercial real estate due diligence.
  • Licensure & Certifications: Having a Texas Professional Geologist (PG), Geologist in Training (GIT), Professional Engineer (PE), or DSHS Asbestos Licensed Inspector/Surveyor credential is a significant plus, but not an absolute barrier to entry.
  • Software: Prior experience with online reporting platforms (Lightbox PARCEL preferred) is highly valued.
  • Logistics: Must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance to our centrally located Dallas office.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Base Salary: Scaled transparently based on your experience tier and professional licensure (PG/PE).
  • Performance Incentives: Uncapped business development commissions and bonus plans tied directly to project profitability.
  • Modern Work-Life Balance: A balanced hybrid schedule featuring 3 days in our Dallas office for team collaboration and 2 days of remote work flexibility for report writing.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Group health insurance options, a company-sponsored 401(k) retirement program, generous PTO, paid company holidays, and a dedicated monthly cell phone stipend.
  • Professional Growth: Paid professional development, license renewal support, and a transparent pathway to upward mobility and firm leadership roles.
