Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee the Houston, TX region. You will identify and close new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with clients, and work with consultants to meet client needs. Travel is required as you expand our central and west Texas market.

The role offers a base salary of $110K–$120K plus performance bonuses and uncapped commissions, with exposure to the Chief Commercial Officer and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Science or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of direct sales experience in industrial/technical/environmental services.
• Familiarity with CRM (SalesForce) and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new clients meeting prospect profiles.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers in the territory.
• Meet with partners/consultants and assess client needs.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows to build brand awareness.
• Explain Alliance's differentiation and capabilities to win opportunities.
• Leverage SalesForce to manage activities and opportunities.
