Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead strategic engagements across the US. You will bridge customers’ long-term needs with PagerDuty’s roadmap, evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, and mentor sales teams as a trusted advisor to CIOs/CTOs.

You will influence executive-level decisions, shape technical strategies, and drive digital transformation through AI-powered operations. Expect travel across the US and occasional overseas in a high-impact role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS/DevOps/Cloud infra.
• Proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-level executives at Fortune 500 or equivalent global enterprises.
• Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles with a solid grasp of sales processes.
• Deep domain expertise in Incident Management, SRE, AIOps, Cloud Native Architectures, ITSM/ITIL, or Cybersecurity Incident Response.
• Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel across the US and occasionally overseas.

Responsibilities

• Act as peer and advisor to CTOs and CIOs navigating digital transformations.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at industry events and in content.
• Partner with Global Product and Engineering leadership to represent US market needs.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex enterprise opportunities in the US.
• Foster a DevOps/SRE community and share best practices in AI for operations.
• Stay ahead of market trends and inform product roadmap.
