You will align executive objectives with the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, evangelize AI-first operations, and mentor sales teams. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, across the US market.
You will travel across the US and occasionally overseas, shaping long-term transformations and digital resilience strategies for global enterprises.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS/DevOps/cloud space.
- Proven track record influencing CFOs/CTOs at Fortune-level enterprises.
- Skilled in guiding sales cycles and customer buying journeys.
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted technical advisor to CTOs/CIOs and senior executives across US enterprise accounts.
- Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at industry events and in content.Collaborate with Global Product and Engineering leadership to feed US market needs into roadmaps.
- Provide architectural oversight and executive presence for high-stakes opportunities in the US.
- Foster a DevOps/SRE community and share best practices on IT resilience and AI ethics in operations.
- Stay ahead of market trends to shape PagerDuty’s competitive strategy.
