Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager to build strong relationships with corporate security executives and leadership across multiple states. You will collaborate with branch offices and corporate support to drive client initiatives and ensure service delivery.

In this role you will analyze operational metrics, manage P&L, and lead contract renewals or rebid processes while coordinating with sales, marketing, and field leadership to grow the client base and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or related field with 3+ years of management experience
• Associate's degree with 5+ years of management experience
• High school diploma with 7+ years of management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of account management experience
• Experience driving operational and financial metrics with strong financial acumen
• Ability to travel 35% to 75% of the time

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and branch teams to ensure service delivery and satisfaction
• Prepare presentations and facilitate client quarterly and annual reviews
• Analyze, report and drive KPIs using BI tools to maximize efficiency
• Manage P&L, budget allocation, revenue growth, and cost control
• Lead contract renewals or rebid processes with sales and field leadership
