Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager to build relationships with enterprise security executives across multiple states and support offices. The role focuses on service delivery, quarterly business reviews, and driving financial performance, including revenue growth and contract renewals.

The position requires leadership across branches, strong MS Office and BI tool skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or related field with 3+ years of management experience.
• Associate’s degree with 5 years of management experience in a high-volume workforce.
• High school diploma with 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume workforce.
• 2+ years of account management experience driving customer solutions.
• 2+ years of experience driving operational and financial metrics with strong financial acumen.
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and results.
• Proficiency with MS Office and BI tools for metrics analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to travel 35–75% as required by client and company needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and branch teams.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and facilitate client quarterly and annual reviews.
• Analyze and report operational metrics and KPIs using BI platforms.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and maintain contract compliance.
• Manage P&L and drive revenue growth, profitability, and cash collections.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and field leadership on renewals or rebids.
