Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Enterprise Security services, ensuring security standards across Identity, Endpoints, Secrets, and Business Applications. You will partner with IT and other teams to strengthen the security posture of SaaS apps, integrations, and data access.

You will lead efforts across monitoring, governance, threat remediation, and AI-enabled security initiatives while collaborating with Corp IT and security operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management roles overseeing security programs.
• Hands-on security design across Windows, MacOS, Okta, and cloud.
• Knowledge of enterprise attack vectors and IT apps.
• Expertise in business apps, endpoints, identity management.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong written and verbal communication; security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across Identity, Endpoint, Secrets, and Business Apps.
• Partner with IT to improve security posture of enterprise applications and data access.
• Participate in evaluation and management of security policies in IT management systems like JAMF, Intune, etc.
• Harden apps, infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Corp IT to draft standards and implement monitoring.
• Review application security review requests for risk and compliance.
• Support SOC in analyzing threats, vulnerabilities, controls, and risks.
• Work with Vulnerability Management to drive remediation of critical flaws.
• Monitor and manage EDR policies.
• Deploy technologies for AI usage and security.
• Leverage AI tools to improve team performance and security capabilities.
