Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Security services function. You will ensure corporate IT tech meets the highest security standards, partner with stakeholders to secure SaaS apps, identities, endpoints, and networks, and oversee security governance and compliance across Rubrik.

You will collaborate with Corp IT, governance, and operations to draft standards, monitor security controls, and drive remediation of critical vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Hands-on enterprise security across Windows, MacOS, Okta and public cloud.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise attack vectors and exploits in end-user and IT apps.
• Subject matter expertise in business apps, endpoints and identity management.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of security standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across identity, endpoints, secrets management and business applications.
• Partner with IT to improve security posture of enterprise apps and data access.
• Develop and manage security policies within IT management systems.
• Harden applications, infrastructure, and deployment processes.
• Review and approve security reviews for new Rubrik applications.
• Support SOC in threat analysis and remediation of critical vulnerabilities.
• Drive remediation of vulnerabilities with Vulnerability Management and Threat Operations.
• Monitor and manage EDR policies.
• Collaborate on AI security usage and tooling to improve team efficiency.
