Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the Enterprise Security services function, ensuring that Corporate IT technologies are designed and implemented to the highest security standards. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to strengthen security for SaaS apps, integrations, identity and access operations, and secure endpoints and networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Hands-on security experience across Windows, Mac, Okta, and cloud.
• Knowledge of SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP.
• Experience securing enterprise applications at scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across Identity, Endpoint, Secrets Management and Business Applications.
• Partner with IT to improve security posture of enterprise apps and data.
• Evaluate and manage security policies in management systems like JAMF and inTune.
• Harden applications, infrastructure, and deployment processes (CircleCI, Github).
• Monitor and manage EDR policies and governance.
• Collaborate on AI usage deployment and security.
