Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Enterprise Security services. You will ensure corporate IT tech is secure, drive security across SaaS apps, endpoints, identity, and data protection.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen security posture and enforce standards across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include leading security policy development, monitoring, threat response support, and driving remediation with vulnerability management and threat operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Hands-on security administration and design across Windows, Mac, Okta, and public cloud.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise attack vectors and exploits in end-user and IT apps.
• Subject matter expertise in business applications, endpoint and identity management.
• Deep understanding of endpoint systems, corporate networking incl. Wi-Fi and IT apps (Salesforce, Mulesoft, Lastpass).
• Programming experience in PowerShell, Python, Go or Java.
• Experience deploying and securing enterprise applications at scale.
• Security and admin expertise in at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of corporate security maturity framework applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across Identity, Endpoint, Secrets Management and Business Applications.
• Partner with IT to improve security posture of enterprise applications and data access.
• Develop and manage security policies in IT management systems (e.g., JAMF, InTune).
• Harden existing apps, infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes (CircleCI, Github workflows, Tines, Zapier).
• Draft security standards with Corp IT, operations, governance and implement monitoring and governance.
