Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Enterprise Security services. You will design and enforce security standards across identity, endpoints, and business applications, partnering with IT to raise the security posture of enterprise apps and data access.

You will manage policies, monitor threats, and drive remediation with Vulnerability Management and SOC support. The role emphasizes collaboration, security maturity, and leveraging AI tools to boost team performance and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in security roles.
• Hands-on enterprise security experience across Windows, Mac, Okta, and cloud.
• Knowledge of enterprise attack vectors and IT application security.
• Expertise in identity, endpoint, and business applications security.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (PowerShell, Python, Go, or Java).
• Experience deploying and securing enterprise apps at scale.
• Cloud security expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and regulatory awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with security maturity frameworks like SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across identity, endpoints, secrets, and business apps.
• Partner with IT to improve security posture of enterprise applications and data access.
• Develop and manage policies in IT management systems (JAMF, Intune).
• Harden applications, infrastructure, and deployment processes (CircleCI, Github, etc).
• Collaborate with Corp IT to draft standards and implement monitoring and governance.
• Review application security reviews to ensure security standards are enforced.
• Support SOC in analyzing threats and residual risks.
• Drive remediation of vulnerabilities with Vulnerability Management and Threat Operations.
• Monitor and manage EDR policies.
• Collaborate to deploy AI security tools and capabilities.
• Leverage AI tools to improve team performance and security capabilities.
