Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the Enterprise Security services function. You will design and enforce security standards across identity, endpoints, and business applications, partnering with IT to secure SaaS, data access, and corporate endpoints.

You will lead policy development, vulnerability remediation, and security monitoring while guiding cross-group teams in the adoption of secure practices and innovative AI-enabled security tooling at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in enterprise security.
• Hands-on admin/design across Windows, Mac, Okta, and cloud infra.
• Knowledge of SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP and related standards.
• Experience securing enterprise apps and large-scale environments.
• Programming in PowerShell, Python, Go or Java.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce security standards across identity, endpoints, and business apps.
• Partner with IT to secure SaaS integrations and access to sensitive data.
• Develop and manage security policies in IT systems (JAMF, inTune).
• Harden applications, infrastructure, and deployment processes with automation tools.
• Monitor EDR, drive remediation of critical vulnerabilities, and manage IOC detection.
