Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the Enterprise Security services function. You will ensure corporate IT technologies are designed and implemented to high security standards, partnering with stakeholders across the business to improve security posture for SaaS apps, integrations, identity and access operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience in enterprise security with hands-on admin/design across Windows, Mac, Okta, and public cloud.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise attack vectors and exploits in end-user and IT apps.
• Subject matter expertise in business applications, endpoint and identity management.
• Deep understanding of endpoint systems, corporate networking and IT apps such as Salesforce and LastPass.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across Identity, Endpoint, Secrets Management and Business Applications.
• Partner with IT to improve security posture of enterprise apps and data access.
• Develop and manage security policies within IT systems such as JAMF and inTune.
• Harden applications, infrastructure, automation and deployment processes (CircleCI, GitHub workflows, Tines, Zapier).
• Draft security standards with Corp IT teams and implement monitoring, alerting and governance.
• Review and approve application security reviews to keep Rubrik assets compliant.
• Support SOC in threat analysis, vulnerabilities, controls and residual risks.
• Collaborate with Vulnerability Management and Threat Operations to drive remediation of critical vulnerabilities and IOC detection.
• Monitor and manage EDR policies.
• Deploy technologies for AI usage and security; leverage AI tools to boost team performance.
