Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Security services function. You will ensure corporate IT technologies are designed and implemented to the highest security standards, partnering with stakeholders to improve the security posture of SaaS apps, integrations, identity, and access operations.

You will oversee endpoint security, device management, and secure wireless networks, while auditing for compliance with Enterprise Security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience within security leadership.
• Hands-on enterprise security across Windows, Mac, Okta, and cloud.
• Knowledge of SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across Identity, Endpoint, Secrets Management and Business Applications.
• Partner with IT and teams to secure enterprise applications and data access.
• Evaluate and manage security policies in IT management systems (JAMF, Intune).
• Harden applications, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Tines, Zapier).
• Collaborate with Corp IT to monitor, alert, and govern security activities.
• Review security reviews for new Rubrik applications and enforce standards.
• Support SOC in threat analysis, vulnerabilities, controls, and risk remediation.
• Coordinate vulnerability management and IOC detection to improve security posture.
• Monitor and manage EDR policies and enable AI security initiatives.
