Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Security Manager to oversee corporate Enterprise IT security services. Lead initiatives to secure endpoints, identity, and business applications while partnering with IT to raise the overall security posture across SaaS and on‑premises environments.

You will drive policies, monitor threats, and coordinate with SOC and vulnerability teams to remediate critical risks, with opportunities to deploy AI security solutions and enhance automation across the security stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience in enterprise security across Windows, Mac, Okta, and public cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across Identity (Okta), Endpoint (Windows, MacOS, Linux), Secrets Management (Vault, LastPass) and Business Applications (Salesforce, Glean, etc).
• Partner with IT and other organizations to improve the security posture of enterprise applications, integrations, and access to sensitive and business data.
• Participate in evaluation, development, and management of security and compliance policies within IT management systems such as JAMF, inTune, etc.
• Harden existing applications, infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes: CircleCI, Github workflows, Tines, Zapier, etc.
• Work with Corp IT teams, operations, governance, and stakeholders to draft security standards and implement monitoring, alerting, and governance.
• Review and approve application security review requests to ensure new applications are secure and compliant.
• Support the SOC in analyzing threats, vulnerabilities, controls, and residual risks.
• Partner with Vulnerability Management and Threat Operations to drive remediation of critical vulnerabilities and IOC detection.
• Actively monitor and manage EDR policies.
• Partner to deploy AI security technologies and tooling.
• Leverage AI tools to improve team performance and security capabilities.
