Job summary

Rubrik seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Security services function, ensuring security best practices across Identity, Endpoints, and business applications. You will partner with IT and various stakeholders to strengthen security posture for SaaS apps, integrations, and data access, while guiding policy, monitoring, and governance across the enterprise.

You will oversee security reviews, vulnerability remediation, EDR policy management, and collaboration with SOC, Threat Operations,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience in enterprise security across Windows, Mac, Okta, and public cloud.
• Knowledge of enterprise attack vectors and IT Apps.
• SME in business applications, endpoint and identity management.
• Strong communication skills and security governance knowledge.
• Familiarity with SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design security standards across Identity, Endpoint, Secrets Management and Business Applications.
• Partner with IT and other teams to improve security posture of enterprise apps and data access.
• Develop and manage security policies in management systems (JAMF, Intune).
• Harden applications, infra, and deployment processes (CircleCI, Github, Tines, Zapier).
• Collaborate with Corp IT, governance, and stakeholders to implement monitoring and governance.
• Review application security requests to ensure compliance and security enforcement.
• Support SOC in threat analysis, vulnerabilities, and risk remediation.
• Work with Vulnerability Management and Threat Operations to drive remediation of critical vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and manage EDR policies.
• Deploy AI security technologies and enable AI usage securely.
• Leverage AI tools to improve team performance and efficiency.
