Job summary

TrendMicro is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to strengthen executive relationships, align Trend AI platform value with customer goals, and drive renewal and expansion for existing enterprise customers in the Texas market.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Engineers, and Solution Architects to ensure multi-year plans, strong adoption, and measurable value realization across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Relationship-driven; able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable leading executive-level conversations about security strategy and outcomes.
• Strong account planning and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business contact for customers in your portfolio; build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to adopt additional platform capabilities and drive renewal readiness.
• Build account plans mapping goals, stakeholders, and future opportunity areas.
• Collaborate with Platform Success Specialists, Solutions Engineers, and Architects on adoption and value realization.
• Advocate for customers to influence roadmaps and strategic priorities.
