Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined professional experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales, sales enablement, sales coaching, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years coaching sales professionals or managers within a B2B sales organization.
• 2+ years direct quota‑carrying sales of complex B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales leaders to assess performance, identify gaps, and craft coaching strategies aligned with revenue priorities.
• Use pipeline analytics and field insights to diagnose challenges and improve sales effectiveness.
• Translate field practices into scalable coaching across segments and regions; influence leadership decisions.
• Coach sellers and managers on discovery, qualification, value positioning, negotiation, and deal strategy.
