Job summary

UKG seeks a Principal Sales Performance Coach to partner with sales leaders and sellers, diagnosing performance gaps and delivering coaching that elevates effectiveness across complex B2B environments.

You will drive adoption of the UKG Way Sales Methodology, develop scalable coaching programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve seller and manager performance with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

8+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech sales, enablement, coaching or related fields.
5+ years coaching sales pros or leading enablement initiatives in a B2B sales org.
2+ years direct quota-carrying sales experience in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior sales leaders to assess performance and develop coaching strategies aligned with revenue priorities.
Use pipeline analytics and field insights to diagnose challenges and improve sales effectiveness.
Translate field practices into scalable coaching across segments and regions.
Provide advanced coaching on discovery, value positioning, negotiation, and deal strategy.
Equip managers with coaching practices to reinforce execution and seller development.
Champion adoption of the UKG Way Sales Methodology.
