Job summary

Human Agency is seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader to build the commercial engine and position us as the AI partner for America’s most influential companies. This remote role requires access to owner-level networks and the ability to close multi-stakeholder deals.

You will design outreach to founders, family offices, PE partners, and C-suite executives, represent the firm in high‑level rooms, and own the revenue trajectory with equity upside. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Established, high-quality network of owners, founders, family office principals, PE partners, or C-suite executives at large enterprises.
• Graduated from an elite MBA program and built real-world credibility and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and activate your network by connecting with target owners, founders, and PE partners who control strategic decisions.
• Design and execute a disciplined, relationship-driven go-to-market motion targeting enterprise owners and family businesses.
• Represent Human Agency at boardrooms, private events, conferences, and executive forums to build credibility and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership on deal structure and closing to shape conversations and engagements.
• Own the revenue trajectory, develop pipelines, and scale client base with equity upside.
