Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a seasoned Senior Renewal Manager to lead renewal efforts for complex, high-value accounts. You will engage with C-level stakeholders, manage multi-year negotiations, and shape renewal strategies that protect and grow revenue.

In this hybrid NYC-based role, you will collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success to mitigate risk, expand revenue, and maintain accurate renewal forecasts using SFDC and Vitally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise-level renewals with retention targets.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM and renewal forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored renewal strategies for high-value accounts.
• Lead senior-level communications with customers to resolve issues.
• Manage multi-year renewal contracts and ensure CRM accuracy.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success for upsell opportunities.
• Oversee renewal pipeline and forecast revenue.
