Culture Amp in New York City is seeking a seasoned Senior Renewal Manager (SRM) to lead renewal efforts for high-value enterprise accounts. You will engage with C-level stakeholders, guide multi-year negotiations, and shape renewal strategies to protect and grow revenue.

This hybrid role requires 1-2 days in the NYC office, with a compensation package including On Target Earnings (OTE) of $105,000–$122,500 USD plus equity and benefits.

• Proven experience managing enterprise-level renewals and achieving retention metrics.
• Advanced negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like SFDC and Vitally.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored renewal strategies for high-value accounts.
• Manage a comprehensive renewal pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM.
• Lead high-level communications with C-level stakeholders to address concerns.
• Handle multi-year renewal agreements ensuring CRM accuracy and compliance.
• Identify renewal-led growth opportunities and coordinate with AMs for upsells.
